The apartment itself consists of a spacious living area with kitchen facilities, plus a separate bedroom. Both rooms open onto a terrace, from which there is access to a children’s playground (shared by the whole complex). The bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds (total 4 persons). The living room has two fold-out sofa-beds (for 2 persons). There is a satellite TV and full kitchen facilities – fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, and cooking pots. The bathroom has a bath and WC. The terrace has a folding garden table with 6 chairs. The apartment has its own parking space in the underground garage, plus a lockable storage room for skis, skiing boots, sleds, bobsleighs, snowboards, bikes, and any other equipment. Skis, skiing boots, sleds and bobsleighs must NOT be taken into the apartment. NO pets (of any size) are allowed inside the apartment. The apartment is a no-smoking area, and it is equipped with a complete fire alarm system.
